Do I need any tech skills?

Is it really free to start?

Yes. Every account gets free AI usage to build and refine your first site. You only pay when you go live, which is when your site, its AI assistant, and your workspace switch on.

What does the AI assistant do?

It lives on your website and helps your visitors around the clock — answering questions, taking bookings or orders, and collecting quote requests. Anything tricky goes straight to you.

Is there a limit on visitor chats?

Chat is part of your monthly AI usage, and most sites never come close. If you do run out, your site stays online and the chat keeps taking messages, so you never lose a lead. You can top up any time.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Connect one you already own, or ask Kovi to find and register a new one at the registration price shown at checkout. Or skip it for now: every site comes with a free address. Kovi handles the DNS and security certificate for you.
